You might know us as Cochran Self Storage, where we've been serving the community of Simi Valley since 1998. Lately you may have noticed that we have a brand new name, SoCal Self Storage. Our motto is "Nice" and our mission in life is to make self storage Nice and easy.
Conveniently located near Highway 118, we're on Cochran St. near First St.. Our modern storage facility was designed with your convenience in mind. Our units feature ground level units, digital surveillance, and drive up access. With a Free move-in truck and 7 day a week access, we're ready when you are. We want your storage experience to be easy, convenient and stress-free.

Head north on First Street. At Cochran Street turn right. SoCal Self Storage - Cochran will be located on the left hand side of Cochran Street next to Simi Valley Ford.

Coming from the East:
Head east on CA-118, take exit 23 for First Street toward Simi Valley. Turn right at First Street and then take the first left onto Cochran Street. SoCal Self Storage - Cochran will be located on the left hand side of Cochran Street next to Simi Valley Ford.
