You might know us as Torrance Self Storage, where we've been serving the community of Torrance since 1998. Lately you may have noticed that we have a new brand name, SoCal Self Storage. Our motto is "Nice" and our mission in life is to make self storage Nice and easy.
Conveniently located at Maricopa and Crenshaw, three miles from the 405 freeway. We work over-time to make your storage experience as easy and convenient as possible. Our facility features access 7 days a week, drive up access, and a free move-in truck for making move-in a virtual breeze. Coming from the North:
Take the 405-S until you reach exit 39, Crenshaw Blvd. Exit Crenshaw Blvd. Turn right onto Crenshaw Blvd. and, continue along under the railroad bridge until Maricopa St. Turn right on Maricopa and we are located on the right side of the street at the corner of Crenshaw and Maricopa.
Coming from the South:
Proceed along Crenshaw Blvd. heading North towards the 405 Freeway. Remain on Crenshaw Blvd. for approximately 3 miles until Maricopa St. Turn left on Maricopa St. SoCal Self Storage - Torrance is located on the right side of the street at the corner of Crenshaw and Maricopa.
Coming from the East:
Travel South on Avalon Blvd until Carson St. Turn right on Carson St. and proceed approximately 4 miles to Crenshaw Blvd., turn right onto Crenshaw Blvd. Continue along Crenshaw Blvd. until you reach the third stoplight, Maricopa St., turn right. SoCal Self Storage - Torrance is located on the right side of the street at the corner of Crenshaw and Maricopa.
Coming from the West:
Travel east along Torrance Blvd until Crenshaw Blvd., turn left onto Crenshaw. Continue along Crenshaw until you reach the first stoplight, Maricopa St., turn left. SoCal Self Storage - Torrance is located on the right side of the street at the corner of Crenshaw and Maricopa.

After comparing many of the self storage options in Torrance, it was the friendly and helpful staff at Torrance Self Storage that finalized my decision. I've been a customer for over a year now, and Cathie & Rafael (the management team) are still there, as pleasant, personable, and helpful as the first day. The location is ideal, the prices are competitive, the units are always clean. They care for their customers' needs and give great service with a smile. Quite refreshing, these days! Pros: Well-maintained, affordable, personal attention.
